3. Payment Terms

3.1 General Payment Conditions

• Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Pettik is not responsible for:
• Unauthorized transactions.
• Payment failures.
• Transaction limits imposed by banks.
• Refusals by banks or financial intermediaries.

3.2 Identity Verification

• You may be asked to provide proof of identity and address (such as a government-issued ID and utility bill) for verification before your order is dispatched.

3.3 Nature of Transaction

• All transactions are principal-to-principal contracts between Buyer and Seller.
• Pettik is a facilitator, not responsible for:
• Product/service quality.
• Delivery delays or failures.
• After-sales or warranty services.
• Damages or fraud.

3.4 Buyer Authorization

• Buyers authorize Pettik and its service providers to collect, process, and remit payments, including Cash on Delivery (COD).

3.5 Nature of Payment Facility

• Pettik's payment facility is not a banking service.
• It facilitates electronic payments using authorized infrastructure
• Pettik is not acting as a trustee or fiduciary in any transaction.

3.6 Refund Policy

• Buyers may request a refund if delivery fails within the agreed time.
• Refunds will only be issued:
• In INR
• Through the same payment method (or demand draft for COD)
• By NEFT/RTGS or RBI-authorized channels
• Only if refund claim is made within the specified time frame
• Refunds are conditional and subject to Pettik’s discretion
• It may take 7 to 10 working days to process the refund.

3.7 Transaction Limits and Monitoring

• Pettik may:
• Impose transaction/amount limits
• Deny or delay suspicious or high-risk transactions
• Retain payments upon law enforcement requests

3.8 Liability Waiver

• Pettik is not liable for:
• Delays in processing
• Damages from failed or disputed transactions

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

4.1 Booking

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, Pettik mobile application, or customer support
• Only these methods are accepted; verbal or any other form of booking will not be entertained.
• A confirmation email or text message will be sent upon successful booking.

4.2 Payment

• Service fees will be listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance from the appointment time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy outlined on our website.

5.Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during booking.

5.2 Pet Information

• You must inform Pettik of any health issues, allergies, or behavioral concerns affecting your pet’s safety or the service quality.

5.3 Vaccination Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure your pet meets required health and vaccination standards for receiving services.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Limitations

• Pettik takes all necessary steps to ensure pet safety. However, we are not liable for unforeseen incidents, injuries, or losses occurring during or as a result of our services.

6.2 Force Majeure

• Pettik shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 No Warranties

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will meet your expectations or be error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Pettik Services Private Limited or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Privacy
